Hello,

Is anyone having an issue getting bonus crystals after they've already made a purchase?
I got the bonus on my first payment, but I am not getting any bonus crystals on the second payment.
Is this limited to ONE payment?
I did not read that anywhere unfortunately. :thumbdown:

I will be putting in a ticket shortly and hopefully relaying the ticket to a CM to push forward asap.

Nevermind it just took like an hour for them to show up the 2nd time.
The first time was instant.
